Headset.io, an industry leader in cannabis analytics, recently fortified their market-leading position by raising $8.6 million in financing. As part of their growth strategy, they partnered with our team to reimagine their web presence. The goal: simplifying their website, enhancing user experience, and driving conversions through a well-optimized sales funnel.

Objectives:
Our partnership with Headset centered around three core objectives:

• Streamline and simplify Headset's complex product offerings.

• Enhance user experience by upgrading the website with the Relume.io framework.

• Boost conversion rates by optimizing the sales funnel for new inbound leads.

Challenges:
Headset's earlier system was an intricate labyrinth, housing thousands of items and references in a complex CMS. The existing product offerings were a puzzle for customers, and the need to optimize the sales funnel for new inbound leads was pressing.

Approach and Solutions:
Capitalizing on the power of simplicity, we embarked on an engaging journey with the founders of Headset.io. The first step was designing a Video Sales Letter/Sales Presentation, defining the new messaging and funnel structure in a streamlined, understandable manner.

We leveraged an array of tools, including Webflow, HubSpot, Figma, Relume, WhaleSync, Slack, AI, MidJourney, and Loom, to craft a brand new website rooted in the Relume.io framework. The new design principles focused on simplicity and improved user experience.

As project lead, I directed strategy, design, development, and sales team coordination to ensure the smooth implementation of our mission.

Results:
The effectiveness of simplicity became abundantly clear within the first 90 days. Our streamlined approach led to thousands of new inbound leads and booked over 200 demos. We also significantly improved the user experience on the highest-trafficked pages, resulting in a substantial increase in conversion rates.
